Fair Play Policy
At NextGen Fantasy Football, we are committed to providing a fair, competitive, and enjoyable experience for all participants. Our Fair Play Policy outlines the rules and standards we expect all users to adhere to while participating in our fantasy football platform.
This policy applies to all game modes, including season-long leagues, daily fantasy contests, and dynasty leagues. Violation of these policies may result in penalties ranging from warnings to permanent account suspension, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

Abandoned Teams
Users are expected to actively manage their teams throughout the season. Abandonment includes:

- Ignoring trade proposals or league communications for extended periods.
League commissioners may take action to manage abandoned teams, including appointing new managers or setting lineups based on projected points.

In private leagues, users may manage multiple teams only if:
- All league members are aware and have approved this arrangement.
- This arrangement is established before the draft.
- The manager commits to managing each team independently and competitively.
In public leagues and contests, users may not manage more than one team under any circumstances.
Contest and League Rules
Season-Long Leagues
- All roster and scoring settings are finalized before the draft begins.
- Deadlines for lineup changes, waiver claims, and trades are strictly enforced.
- League commissioners may adjust settings only with majority approval from league members.
- Tie-breaking procedures are established at the start of the season.
Daily Fantasy Contests
- Entry fees and prize distributions are non-negotiable once a contest begins.
- Users must adhere to the salary cap constraints when building lineups.
- Late-breaking news after contest lock will not result in lineup adjustments or refunds.
- Contest results are final once all stats are verified and official.
Dynasty Leagues
- Dynasty league settings (keeper rules, draft pick trading, etc.) are established at league creation.
- Teams remaining in dynasty leagues for multiple seasons must maintain active management.
- League entry fees must be paid before each season begins.
